A true transformation, this 1960’s apartment had seen a few poor updates over its lifetime and needed a complete refresh. Our client Tessa had a vision to create a bright, functional, and modern space. We were able to put together a design to work best with the existing spaces ticking all of the boxes and bringing the apartment a clean modern look. Our construction scheduling was key in this project with the complexities of asbestos removal and the client being out of town for most of the process.
